Wear Estimation
Estimated life = Base life × Abrasiveness × Temperature × Flow rate × Nozzle diameter factors
Brass nozzles have a base life of ~500 hours with non-abrasive filament. Carbon fibre filament can reduce this by 85%. Hardened steel nozzles last 3000+ hours even with abrasive materials. The calculator also factors in printing temperature, flow rate and nozzle diameter.
