True Cost Calculation
- Single print cost = Material cost + Electricity cost
- Cost per success = Single print cost / (1 - Failure rate)
- Expected failures = Failure rate / (1 - Failure rate)
- Waste costs = Single print cost x Expected failures
A 15% failure rate means roughly 1 failure for every 5.7 successful prints, adding about 18% to your effective cost.
