Multi-Material Blend Calculator \u2014 Blended Properties
Calculate blended density, strength and quantities for multi-material printing.
70% A / 30% B
Total weight of the model or component
How We Calculate This
Blend Calculations
- Blended density = (Density A x Ratio A) + (Density B x Ratio B)
- Strength estimate = Weighted average of material strengths
- Safe temp range = Overlapping range of both materials
- Quantities = Project weight x Ratio for each material
Blended properties are linear interpolation estimates. Actual results depend on layer adhesion, mixing method and print settings.
